David DeMartino
- Equity partner and co-founder in the firm Prime Associates with responsibility for overseeing sales and marketing. Other responsibilities included the creation and growth of the third party distribution channel which acquired both domestic and international distributors, as well as ASP/BPO resellers.
- Helped pioneer the regulatory compliance technology space by designing and deploying AML, EDD, and OFAC technology in 1999.
- Assisted in designing and creating the flagship software products: BSA Reporter, OFAC Reporter, EDD Reporter, LDD Reporter, Legal Reporter, and Training Reporter.
- Built a full regulatory consulting group that provided services such as: Look back capabilities, AML Governance, AML & OFAC Gap Analysis, independent review, and vulnerability analysis.

William R. Schlameuss
- Assisted in the establishment of a Houston representative office for a major European bank.
- Conducted annual supervisory reviews for the broker-dealers of major international banks, including the independent BSA/AML review in each instance.
- Conducted AML and Compliance Policy and Procedure reviews in preparation for the annual Safety and Soundness examinations by regulatory authorities for international banks.
- Managed the compliance function on an outsourced basis for the New York branch and representative office of international banks.
- Administrated the development, implementation and execution of the annual compliance program for DZ North America, with emphasis on the anti-money laundering regime, regulatory relationships and adherence to applicable German requirements, including the broker-dealer subsidiary.
- Designed and implemented a comprehensive annual compliance program, including compliance testing reviews, OFAC screening, and anti-money laundering and regulatory training.
- Designed and implemented an annual self-assessment for money laundering and regulatory compliance risk.
- Managed the Y2K project for North American operations, achieving 'Satisfactory' ratings (the highest rating possible) in each regulatory review of the project.
- Chaired the Risk Management Committee, making it a part of the management landscape after several years of inconsistency and negative regulatory comments.
- Managed the Business Continuity Plan, utilizing a business process impact risk analysis at the department level and designing tests around the critical functions.

Alfred V. Madrid
- Worked in the world of banking and finance in his native Philippines, the Middle East, Europe and in the New York City metropolitan area over a span of more than three decades.
- Provides authoritative and practical consulting services in regulatory compliance matters and other relevant issues confronting financial institutions as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
- Served as the Regional Executive for the Americas, until his retirement in 2007 from Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company, the largest banking group in the Philippines. Prior service included serving as General Manager and First Vice President of Metrobank New York Branch. He organized wholly-owned subsidiaries for Metrobank in North America engaged in money remittance business (New York, New Jersey, Illinois, California, Hawaii, Washington DC, and Canada).
- Mr. Madrid is proud of the work he has done fostering ties between two communities close to his heart: the greater financial world and the Asian-American populations in New York City. In 2001, he was the first Filipino-American to be elected President of The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Inc. an organization founded in New York in 1920 and considered one of the country's oldest bilateral Chambers of Commerce.
- Mr. Madrid was elected President of the New York Chinese American Bankers Association in April 2002. He received an award from the City of New York's Office of the Comptroller for Distinguished Contributions to the Asian Community during the Asian Heritage Month in April 2005.
